These sessions, generally delivered as a group of five modules and spaced out every two weeks, allow your salespeople and managers time to apply what they’ve learned before building on it. This structure promotes a far higher amount of learning retention, as well as engagement.
We also add one-on-one sessions that allow us to solve any problems that are slowing people from putting the new skills into action. It bridges the distance between the group sessions and doing the actual work. Role-playing, critiquing sales calls, and scripting for sales and difficult staff conversations are key aspects of this.
